Morality is a double-edged sword.
Without it, you would have no moral standards and therefore could not commit to anyone or anything, including yourself.
But if you have too much morality, or the wrong kind, you can end up thwarting your endeavors.
The way to go is to hold onto your morality but to channel it in ways that strengthen you.
If you simply dismantle it, you will turn it into a con man who accomplishes nothing.
But if you don’t modulate it a bit, you will be an overly socialized emotional cripple.
