How does a primary psychopath compare to a secondary psychopath?

A secondary psychopath is a non-psychopath who is trapped inside a psychopath. A primary psychopath is just a psychopath. So a secondary psychopath is someone who has the option of dealing with situations either psychopathically or non-psychopathically and, when overwhelmed, deals with them psychopathically and, when not overwhelmed, deals with non-psychopathically. A psychopath always deals with them psychopathically; that is his only modality.
